PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT & TERMS OF PURCHASE

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the 3-Day MTR Challenge ("Challenge"), hosted by AirVenture Academy, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By registering for the Challenge, you ("Participant," "you," "your") agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Challenge Details & Access

1.1 Event Dates: The Challenge runs from March 3-5, 2025, with live sessions held at 4:00 PM PT each day via Zoom.

1.2 Replay Access: Participants will have access to Challenge recordings through the event portal until March 31, 2025.

1.3 Live Participation Encouraged: While replays are available, we strongly encourage attending live for the best experience, including Q&A opportunities and direct interaction with Jesse Vasquez.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

2.1 Pricing:

  • General Admission: $49
  • BonusĀ Upgrade: $149

2.2 No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this training, no refunds or transfers will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or failure to attend live.

3. Bonus Training

3.1 Upgrade Includes:

  • Everything in theĀ MTR ChallengeĀ PLUS
  • Exclusive Bonus Training: "How to Pitch Corporate Clients" (pre-recorded session available on March 5, 2025).
  • Extended replay access to the bonus training for 90 days.

3.2 How to Upgrade:Ā Bonus must be selected at checkout. No post-purchase upgrades will be processed.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage

4.1 Copyright & Ownership: All Challenge materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, scripts, templates, and resources, are the property of AirVenture Academy, LLC and Jesse Vasquez.

4.2 Limited License: By registering, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Challenge materials for personal educational purposes only.

4.3 Prohibited Actions: You may NOT:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share Challenge content with anyone who has not registered.
  • Resell, repurpose, or create derivative works based on Challenge content.
  • Record or download live sessions or replays without express permission.

5. Participant Conduct & Removal Policy

5.1 Respectful Participation: We foster a positive, supportive community. Participants agree to engage respectfully with instructors, guest speakers, and fellow attendees.

5.2 Removal from Challenge: We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Challenge, without a refund, for:

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
  • Spamming, soliciting, or promoting unrelated services.
  • Violating any terms outlined in this Agreement.

6. Technology & Accessibility

6.1 Platform Requirements: The Challenge is hosted on Zoom. Participants are responsible for having:

  • A stable internet connection to access live sessions.
  • Updated Zoom software for the best experience.

6.2 Technical Issues: We are not responsible for technical difficulties on your end, including internet failures, Zoom connectivity issues, or device malfunctions.

7. Business Opportunity & Income Disclaimer

7.1 Business Opportunity Disclaimer:
The AirVenture Academy program, and associated training are NOT considered an income or business opportunity under the Business Opportunity Rule Ā§ 437.1m. This rule states that ā€œadvertising and general advice about business development and training shall not be considered as ā€˜providing locations, outlets, accounts, or customers.ā€

7.2 Income Disclaimer:
Although we make every effort to accurately represent the services and/or products presented in this Challenge, AirVenture Academy makes no assurance, representation, or promise regarding future earnings or income.

  • We do not guarantee that you will make any specific amount of money, or any money at all.
  • Earnings or income statements provided during the Challenge represent estimates and do not guarantee future results.
  • Any past success or testimonials are not a promise of future financial gain.
  • You are responsible for your own decisions, business actions, and investment risks.

By participating, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for your success or failure and release AirVenture Academy, Jesse Vasquez, and all affiliates from any liability related to business outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Guarantees of Income or Success: The Challenge provides educational training on Mid-Term Rentals. We make no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, business success, or income levels.

8.2 Participant Responsibility: Your success depends on your individual effort, skills, and implementation of strategies taught. We are not responsible for any business decisions, losses, or results arising from Challenge participation.

8.3 Indemnification: By participating, you agree to hold harmless AirVenture Academy, LLC, Jesse Vasquez, and all affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of Challenge content.

9. Changes & Cancellations

9.1 Event Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the Challenge agenda, speakers, or content at our discretion.

9.2 Challenge Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we cancel the Challenge, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodations).
